  • Rae Johnson
    Rae Johnson

My first job at 16 years old was serving… hot dogs. No matter the task, I have always been one to help others; to be an asset, not a liability. Through my 20+ years of employment, all of which have been a blessing and great experiences, I did whatever necessary to get the job done and did it happily. I am a firm believer in “What Goes Around Comes Around” and aim to make a positive impact on everyone I encounter.

I have a strong dedication to health and fitness which drives my go-go-go attitude in all things professionally and personally. This is perhaps why I find my skills in personal and/or office administration to be particularly valuable to the busy entrepreneur, executive, or budding small business. I have built my book of business around this ability to make other people’s lives easier/better/worry-free, which, to me, is a most rewarding career.

Some of my clients include The UPS Store, Y Scouts, and formerly race car drivers Adrian Fernandez and PJ Jones.

  • Brian Mohr
    Brian Mohr Senior Advisor

Brian deeply believes that the most valuable currency in today’s workplace is meaningful work, not just a paycheck. In April of 2000, he became a founding member of a job board called Jobing.com. Over an 11-year period, he helped build the company from 5 employees and a few thousand dollars in revenue to nearly 400 employees and $38M in revenue – the secret to their success was hiring for purpose and values and training the skills. He consulted with nearly a thousand employers on their employment brand, employee value proposition, and employment advertising strategies. Through this experience, he saw first-hand the power of values, the power of culture, and the power of unwavering purpose – when done right, it was the ultimate competitive advantage.

Brian started Y Scouts with the belief that today’s leaders must authentically connect to the purpose and values of the organizations they lead. If disconnected, the strength of their experience (i.e. their resume) will only compensate for so long. With more than 70% of the workforce unhappy with their work experience, and the associated half trillion loss in productivity this disconnect yields (not to mention the host of additional ripple effects), there has never been a more critical time to re-examine how we find and connect the right leaders with the right companies.

  • Max Hansen
    Max Hansen Senior Advisor

Growing up in Glendale, AZ, Max earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Northern Arizona University. Max started his career after college with staffing industry giant, Aerotek, where he built a deep functional knowledge for the business. Max went out on his own in 2002, starting Job Brokers. Over the next 14 years, serving as the CEO, he had the pleasure of leading teams that successfully placed 30,000 people across virtually every industry, organically growing that business into a formidable, multi-million dollar company. Max believed something was missing, and sought more meaningful work – he envisioned a company that helped organizations address the root of their hiring challenges, aligning people with “Work that Matters.” In 2012, with Co-founder, Brian Mohr, they created Y Scouts. The journey now continues, as they work to disrupt the staffing model forever. Max is a proud father, husband, athlete, coach, and member of EO and YPO.
